PLS

Proven Legal Services is a registered legal firm founded on December 20, 2021, under the Partnership Act of 1932. The firm was established by Sardar Faisal Mehmood Khan (Advocate High Court), Ms. Aneeba Aamir (Advocate High Court), and Muhammad Saqib (Development Consultant), who have each spent more than a decade advocating for the rights of marginalized communities in Pakistan. The core vision behind PLS is to dismantle barriers to justice for underprivileged groups, especially women, minorities, and bonded laborers. Built upon a legacy of pro bono legal activism, PLS has gained both regional and national recognition for its contributions to the domains of law, justice, and development.

Geographic Presence

PLS operates with a strong grassroots network of pro bono lawyers across 13 districts in South Punjab. These include: Multan, Khanewal, Lodhran, Vehari, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Rahim Yar Khan, Dera Ghazi Khan, Muzaffargarh, Layyah, Rajanpur, Kot Addu, and Taunsa Sharif. The firm’s headquarters is located in Multan, and its outreach model includes both in-person legal aid and coordination with local legal professionals across districts.
