Approach & Values

At Proven Legal Services, our core value is justice through service. We believe that the law should be a shield for the vulnerable and a tool for social transformation. Our approach is grounded in community-centered legal activism and inclusive access to justice. We are committed to a rights-based practice — ensuring that our legal interventions uphold dignity, equality, and the fundamental freedoms enshrined in Pakistan’s Constitution and international law. Our services reflect a deep understanding of both legal frameworks and social realities.

By combining professional legal expertise with grassroots outreach, we strive to create long-term systemic impact, not just in courtrooms but in communities. Whether it’s representing a client in a high court or training young lawyers in remote areas, PLS remains committed to its vision of a just and inclusive society.

Partnerships & Collaborations

PLS works alongside several non-governmental organizations, government institutions, and human rights defenders, serving as a key legal partner on human rights monitoring and advocacy.

Supporting our team is a network of rights-minded male and female lawyers across the 13 districts, chosen based on case sensitivity and expertise. PLS also prioritizes training young lawyers on key constitutional and human rights principles, family law, and international legal frameworks such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

The firm is led by its three founding partners: Sardar Faisal Mehmood Khan and Ms. Aneeba Aamir (both practicing lawyers), and Muhammad Saqib, a seasoned development consultant.
